Did you know Gâteau et Ganache now offers marshmallows in bulk?

Our light-as-air marshmallows make the perfect addition to your dessert buffet or candy table! Available in "petite" or large square, heart, or daisy shapes, these mouth-watering clouds are sure to delight!

Reminiscent of lemon meringue and key lime pies, our LEMON and LIME marshmallows will thrill any citrus lover, while berry lovers will go crazy for our delicate and sweet STRAWBERRY, BLACKBERRY, and RASPBERRY flavors. Those who prefer a tart edge to their dessert will drool over our customer-favorite PASSION FRUIT, as well as the deliciously surprising CRANBERRY.

Traditionalists can stick to our VANILLA BEAN flavor, complete with flecks of real Tahitian vanilla bean and absolutely incredible in s'mores and hot chocolate! Non-traditionalists won't want to miss our down-home PUMPKIN SPICE, easily as warming and comforting as Grandma's pumpkin pie though, perhaps, a bit more sophisticated (but don't tell Grandma!).
