Gâteau et Ganache creates fluffy, fresh, handmade marshmallows in a variety
of flavors, such as: vanilla, chocolate,
strawberry, passionfruit, and lemon. We use only fresh fruit purées,
Tahitian vanilla, and rich, dark cocoa powder when making our
marshmallows -- no preservatives or unnecessary ingredients. Marshmallows are available
seasonally and by special order. Contact us to place a
special order. (Special order minimum: four dozen of one flavor.
Special order marshmallows can also be dipped in chocolate.)
**New Item**: During the summer months, Chocolate-Dipped Chocolate Marshmallows are available only in 4-pack bundles, rather than single packages. Single packages will be available again in the Fall.
